Thanks guys, sorry for all of the questions.

Generally, after a fundo, after the recovery from the surgery - can you eat/drink what you like? eat late at night? (obviously within reason and with moderation)

At the moment I feel like I can't eat most foods and have to make sure I eat dinner ridiculously early to allow 4 hours before bed unless I want to go to bed very late...

For a few weeks, you're on a fairly soft or liquid diet - and you'll be full after half a portion. (Be prepared to lose 20 lbs!) But after that, you'll build back to normal.
With a good wrap, you should have no problems eating late. It's still always wise not to overfill your stomach before bed but I've come in late after a long day working away somewhere, eaten a supper and gone straight to bed without problems.

I was 225 lbs at diagnosis, 195 at surgery, 180 bottom, settled in at 195. I eat and drink everything except onions and oj. They were my main triggers pre op. I'm sure I could eat/drink now with no issues. I just stay away due to old triggers
